Wedding Season!

Spring means the beginning of wedding season! The last 2 summers I have attended SO many weddings and had the privilege of being a part of many as well. This summer, not so much, and though my dancing shoes must reside in the closet, my check book is thanking me.

It all started May 2nd, for Trent and Emily. This was a fun wedding for several reasons. 1 - I know both the bride and groom well. Trent graduated 2 years ahead of me at Central and Emily was one of the first gals to really invest in me and my life at the DTC. 2- DTC wedding = dance party! It was a special day and the weather was FABULOUS! Below are a few photos from the day...We think jumping pictures are the best!The beautiful bride and I!

The next weekend it was Laura's turn. Laura is a good friend from my Central days. We shared a bathroom in Firth - a special experience for both of us. I have been so blessed by Laura over the past several years and it was so fun to watch her experience different seasons of life and prepare to marry Jared. Wednesday, we celebrated her Bachelorette Party and it was a riot. Friday was the rehearsal dinner and Saturday was the big day. I was able to stand and read scripture during the ceremony. It was also a gorgeous day and the wedding and reception were so fun!
